The importance of a studio

I graduated from Uni nearly 2 years ago now, and the best thing I ever did was to follow the advice I received to get a studio straight away. Although ridiculously poor when I finished my art degree I prioritised getting a space to work in. And having that studio has meant that I have continued to paint ever since. More than that though it emphasises to me that I am a practising artist every time I go there, another needed encouragement when times are hard. I couldn't do without it now. There is a great opportunity at the Mill where my studio is for a new graduate to receive a studio half price. Please pass this info on, it just might keep a graduate creating!
